Full Care Package + Birth Attendance
For a limited number of local families, I offer my full-scale, in-person prenatal and birth support for both homebirth and hospital birth.
This gentle and kind emotional and physical support can begin at any point in your pregnancy journey from the moment you found out to days before delivering.
While I love to work with families from early on in pregnancy, it’s never too late to choose to have support.
I am physiologically-focused and holistically-minded, but above all, I am here to support you, your decisions and your birth.
As your support person, I am there to ease anxieties, answer questions, seek out referrals and local recommendations, help you prepare for and process appointments, discuss the birth process, share postpartum preparation ideas and provide birth and newborn information.
Below are my typical offerings for my birth families, however, your experience may vary based on your needs:
- Initial consultation via phone
- Weekly or monthly check-ins, based on your needs
- One birth planning call/Zoom meeting
- One private, in-home meeting
- Unlimited text and phone support during your pregnancy
- In-person birth attendance, on-call and by your side for the duration of your labor, delivery and two hours post-birth, including home support for hospital labors
- Optional photos, taken discreetly during labor and post-delivery (amateur and on an iPhone, but wonderful to have!)
- One 2-hour postpartum home visit
- Access to my doula birth bag: twinkle lights, honey sticks, portable fan, heat packs, rebozo, TENS unit and more
